We made the pizza dough from this recipe, or you could use a ready-made pizza dough mix.
In a small bowl mix together 2 teaspoons caster sugar with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Sprinkle some of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the pizza base and bake at 220C/200C fan/gas 7 for 8-10 mins. While the pizza cools a little, stir together 2 tablespoons crème fraiche and 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt then spread over the pizza base. Top with whatever fresh fruit you like and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
