Our all-natural protein shake is as delicious as it is easy to make!
Points to remember:
1 banana
170g fat free greek yogurt (we used Total)
150ml unsweetened soya milk
1 tbsp almond butter
25g cooked quinoa
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, pour into a glass and serve immediately.
