Step up the quality of your mince pies with this melt-in-the-mouth recipe
Try this fruity, festive party drink, that makes a nice alternative to the traditional, with rosé wine, aromatic spices and a glug of crème de cassis
Nutrition: per 125ml serving
Pour the rosé wine into a large saucepan with the star anise, stem ginger, black peppercorns, allspice berries and pink grapefruit. Bring to a simmer over a medium heat then stir in the crème de cassis, strain into a jug then serve in heatproof glasses or cups.
