Espresso eggnog martini

Toast the festive season with our eggnog martini flavoured with espresso. Serve in martini glasses with a grating of nutmeg for the ultimate Christmas tipple

- 50ml espresso
- 50ml spiced rum
- 25ml coffee liqueur(such as Kahlúa)
- 2 tbsp shop-bought vanilla custard
- grating of nutmeg

Method
step 1
Put a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the espresso, rum, coffee liqueur and custard.

Shake well. Pour into a martini or coupe glass. Grate over the nutmeg.
