  • 50ml Baileys Chocolate Liqueur
  • 50ml cold strong espresso
  • 50ml coffee liqueur
  • 50ml vanilla vodka
  • 2tbsp single or double cream
  • cocoa for dusting
  • savoiardi biscuit
    to garnish (optional)

Method

  • step 1

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Baileys Chocolate Liqueur, espresso, coffee liqueur, vodka and cream. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into chilled martini glasses, and sieve over a dusting of cocoa to serve. Garnish with a savoiardi biscuit if you like.
